Waiver Form for VR Game Truck World LLC

TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS:
We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer. We require approximately 60 feet of space for setup. We will not be able to travel if the space is not confirmed.

RESEVATION / REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservation there will be a nonrefundable $100 deposit charge upon booking preferably to be transferred through Zelle to our business account below or you might let us know if you prefer to pay through Credit or Debit card that also available .
The balance amount is to be charged on event day in the preferred method payment in Cash, Zelle or Credit / Debit

We will make every effort to postpone your event; with no penalty to another date should cancelation be necessary. If the event is canceled within 7 days before the party, and additional $100 dollars will be charged to the credit card, if the event is canceled within 48 hours of the party, the full agreed upon price invoiced will be charged.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
VR Game Truck World L.L.C does require a parent or responsible adult to be present during the event , however will be having a team couch to assist setup the games for players during the event. In case of big events more than 30 players we require a volunteer to manage the traffic line outside the trailer for players witting their turns.

FOOD/DRINK/RAIN
VR Game Truck World L.L.C does not allow any food or drinks into the trailer. Pleas have your players consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. Moreover, for safety matters please note there is No Jumping or running inside trailer and in case the players are coming from Pool / Water slides or from Rain weather they need to be dry before entering the trailer, However they can keep playing in our outside gaming stations until they get dry.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served around our trailer for safety reasons specially while using the VR equipment’s. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the VR Game Truck World L.L.C equipment’s. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party.

BAD WEATHER:
There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightening, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, and our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

DAMAGE/INJURY
VR Game Truck World L.L.C or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, VR Game Truck World L.L.C reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. VR VR Game Truck World L.L.C and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client / host or their guests.

Marketing Communications Consent:
By making a payment, signing our waiver, or contacting us, you agree that VR Game Truck World L.L.C may use your email address / phone number for our marketing purposes. This includes sending you our promotional offers and updates about our services. Rest assured, we value your privacy and your right to control the content you receive. Should you wish to no longer receive these marketing communications, you have the option to unsubscribe at any time. TRAVEL/SURCHARGE:
A Travel fees/Fuel surcharge is applied for locations outside of Visalia City.

TIPS
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required “optional”.

Pictures / Videos:
Our Game Coach might take pictures and videos of the party from the inside of the trailer or outside. You will then be able to view them on VR Game Truck World L.L.C fan pages and then you can copy them. Or might be used in our social media platforms / website / Printed materials.
